Holiday house is located on the coast in the peaceful bay of St. Martin in Mali Lošinj and is intended only for guests. From the house, there is only a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and even less to the first restaurants, bars and shops. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen connected to the outside terrace, where you can enjoy your privacy just by the sea. The upper floor is intended for rest. There are seven beds in three bedrooms (2 + 2 + 3), and both floors also have a toilet with a bathroom. The house is regularly maintained, it has a caretaker and everything you need for a high comfort of stay. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Smart TV, WIFI, washing machine, air conditioning, fireplace, outdoor grill, deckchairs: everything is taken care of!

The apartment is located in the first row by the sea in the bay of St. Martin on Mali Lošinj and is intended exclusively for guests. It is just a 10-minute walk from the old town center, and even closer to the nearest restaurants, bars, and shops.
This duplex apartment, situated on the 3rd floor of a newer building with six units, includes a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchen, all connected to the outdoor terrace. From the terrace, you can enjoy an open view of the sea, the islands, and the Velebit mountain range in the background.
From the living room, stairs lead to a smaller gallery overlooking the lower part of the apartment, which also provides a sleeping area for two children. On the upper level, there is a second bedroom with two beds. The apartment has been fully renovated and is regularly maintained, with a caretaker and everything needed for a high level of comfort.
A refrigerator with a large freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, SMART TV with a Netflix subscription, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning, outdoor barbecue, and sun deck chair — everything is taken care of!
St. Martin Bay is a small fishing bay which the locals especially care for because of its authenticity and remoteness from the tourist bustle, although it is close to the city centre. Boat mooring has recently been renovated and small fishing boats still defy tourists who would like to dominate the bay. The bay is also recognized by one of the best restaurants on the island “Konoba Lanterna”. On one side, the bay is on the sun the whole day, while on the other side, there is a pine forest that offers a shade for those who prefer it from the sun. On the beach, there are public showers, dressing rooms, a board for jumping into the water and several stairs that make it easy for you to jump into the water. During the summer season, pancakes, ice cream or massage awaits you on the beach.

The Lošinj island offers a range of possibilities for children. Since the house is located right by the sea, children can discover the secrets of the bay alone. Boats, fishermen returning from fishing in the morning, and children playgrounds just by the house can make them busy every morning. Not far from the house, in the shade of old pine trees, a stone bay is waiting for you, which is suitable for the youngest. There, they can play with many children from morning till evening. Next to the house on the coast, there is also an old small stone pool, which is filled with fresh seawater by sea waves. You will find it difficult to get your children home from here. When children discover all the corners of the bay, a mini submarine with a unique experience is waiting in the town. Or the entertainment site in the town with trampolines and a paved square, where you can find an interesting event every evening. And the best ice cream. If you have a bike, there will be no shortage of bicycle routes. If you like hiking, you will be amazed at the views that the surrounding peaks offer you. And don’t forget to visit Camp Čikat. There are great playgrounds, aquapark with water playgrounds and sandy beaches waiting for you. Children will want to stay longer!
The Lošinj island is one of the most popular Kvarner islands, although it is accessible only by shipping services. Due to the exceptional climate, the island is very green and is known for its numerous plant species from which the locals prepare fragrant bags and liqueurs. Beneficial climate is proven to have an effect on well-being, especially for people with asthma and allergy. The innumerable bicycle routes along the coast attract the first spring guests or allow the guests in autumn to breathe the autumn colours, the wind and the sea scent.

- Take a walk along the coast to Veli Lošinj and discover the wonderful sunset behind the church of St. Anton.
- Hikers can go to the obligatory sunrise on the Osoršćica hill (588 m above sea level).
